Elevate Dance Intensive 2026
1. General Information
- The organizer of ELEVATE DANCE INTENSIVE 2026 workshops is Elevate Dance Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Nad Stawem 7, 80-454.
- The workshops will take place from May 1 to May 3, 2026, at the Olivia Star building, Gdańsk (34th floor).
- These Terms & Conditions define the rules of participation in the workshops and constitute an integral part of the registration.
2. Participation
- The workshops are intended for dancers at intermediate and advanced levels.
- Participants must be at least 14 years of age.
- The Organizer may consent to the participation of younger individuals. Each younger dancer is asked to contact us directly.
- Minors are required to present written consent from their legal guardian to participate in the workshops.
- A spot is guaranteed upon payment of the deposit within 3 days of completing the registration form, and the remaining installments according to the payment schedule.
3. Registration and Payment
- Registration for the workshops is done through the registration form available on the organizer's website www.elevatedance.pl.
- The participation fee is payable in full or in 3 installments.
- The reservation deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the participant's withdrawal.
- A participant withdrawing from the workshops may transfer their spot to another dancer. This is done at their own discretion and they are obliged to notify the organizer. The Organizer may help find a replacement dancer.
- In the event of a participant's withdrawal from the workshops for reasons beyond the organizer's control, the participant is not entitled to a refund.
- Failure to make timely payment of subsequent installments may result in cancellation of the spot reservation.
- The number of spots is limited. Priority is determined by the order of registration and payment.
- Each participant will receive an email confirming their spot reservation upon submitting their registration.
- The first 10 people to complete the registration form will receive a confirmation at the promotional price of 1999 PLN.
- The promotional price of 1999 PLN applies only when the full amount is paid in a single payment.
4. Changes and Event Cancellation
- The Organizer reserves the right to:
- Change the class schedule
- Make changes to the workshop program
- Make changes to the instructor lineup for reasons beyond the organizer's control (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, health reasons)
- In the event of insufficient registrations, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshops.
- In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, participants are entitled to a full refund of all payments made.
5. Safety and Liability
- The Organizer is not liable for injuries, trauma or health issues arising during the workshops.
- The Organizer is not liable for personal belongings left at the venue.
- The participant is required to assess their own physical capabilities and inform the organizer of any health issues. In case of doubt about the ability to participate due to pre-existing injuries, the participant should consult a physician.
6. Image Rights
- The participant consents to having their image captured and used in photographs and video recordings made during the workshops.
- These materials may be used by the Organizer for promotional, marketing and informational purposes (website, social media, promotional materials).
- The participant is not entitled to compensation for such use.
7. Final Provisions
- Completing the registration form and paying the reservation deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Polish law.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions — the current version will always be available on the event website.
